Aware and Not Queer

Today, we have sexual orientations ranging from heterosexual, homosexual to bisexual, pansexual and asexual. Some even claim gender identities that are outside the biological sexes of male and female (uofmhealth.org)

The Bible gives us a breakdown on how humankind can reach to this point in Romans 1:18 - 28. Using these verses as references, below you will see the road that leads to gender confusion, and practical steps to avoid that road.

Romans 1:18 - 23 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

The embracing of gender confusion and queerness in society today is due to mankind rejecting absolute truth, absolute reality and absolute identity. To escape a gender confusion mindset, lifestyle and culture, we must hold to absolutes. This brief article outlines what led to the current state and practical steps to implement in your life to stay on the right track.

Absolute Truth

1. First men rejected absolute truth - Romans 1:18 - 20

2. Absolute truth is revealed through creation: that there is a Creator (Psalm 19:1-3).

Hold to Absolute Truth

To maintain absolute truth, hold to the following with your whole heart.

Absolute Reality

Romans 1:26-27 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.

Hold to Reality Revealed in Nature

• Men and women are different. The following are some of the general, on average, differences that are recognizable to any sincere observer.

• Different in looks

  • Short hair men, long hair women

  • Women have hips, breasts, usually lack facial hair

  • Men have larger shoulders, bigger muscles, chests

  • Men are more muscular and women curvier

  • Men and women should dress in a way that matches these differences

• Different in functions

  • Women have and nature children, men protect

  • Use the bathroom differently

• Different in physical strength

  • Men have more muscle mass and veins

  • Women are just over half as strong as men in their upper bodies, and about two-thirds as strong in their lower bodies.

  • Men express aggression physically, while women express it verbally. This is because a man’s aggression pathway is more directly linked to the brain areas for physical activity, and a woman’s is more closely linked to areas of verbal function.

  • Men have a deeper voice

Romans 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Practical Steps to Resist the Queer Trends:

Reject the Homosexual Culture

5. Voice your disagreement when necessary without arguing

Reject the Gender Confusion Culture

1. Show your biological sex in your dress and mannerisms

2. Use names instead of pronouns

3. Refuse to participate in gender confusion activities

Embrace Biblical Identity and Sexuality

Remember you are made in the image of God, and you are a child of God. As you are made in his image, recognize that your biological sex glorifies him. You were made to reflect the truth of God, not to establish a narrative that opposes the truth of God as Creator.
