Want Her

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” (Gen 2:24, KJV)
Proverbs 5:19 let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

  • Desire to be with her - to be in her company.

  • Desire her sexually.

  • Love her emotionally, mentally, and willingly

Celebrate Her

“Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.” (Pro 5:18, KJV)

Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” (Pro 31:28, KJV)

  • Try your best to give her a good time

  • Praise her, cheer her, speak well and great of her

Study Her (Know her)

“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.” (1Pe 3:7, KJV)

Know:

  • Her likes and dislikes

  • What she is sensitive to 

  • What hurts her and what boosts her confidence

Honor Her

“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.” (1Pe 3:7, KJV)

  • Only speak well of her concerning her feminine traits and attributes and work

  •  Treat her with respect as the wife and in fulfilling her duties

  • Speak well of her to your family, friends, and others around her

Free Her

Proverbs 31:11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

  • To Be What God Calls Her to Be

  • To Be Your Wife fully

  • To Use Her Creativity

Provide for Her

“8. But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1Ti 5:8, KJV)

 Put Her First

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;” (Eph 5:25, KJV)

  • Treat her with the same priority as you would yourself

  • Sacrifice yourself for her benefit
